William C. Fritz, Jr., CPA, CGMA

Partner

Not your typical CPA – that’s a description I am proud to have earned among my clients and friends. The difference is highly varied career experience that builds on excellent training, enabling me to confidently assess any accounting situation and quickly provide the best solution. For more than 25 years, I have been a successful accountant, consultant and financial manager, mastering the widest possible range of challenges in manufacturing, technology, healthcare and professional services. Expertise in these broad categories supports an integrated, trustworthy approach to my work. And deep experience in the operations side of business equips me to understand and properly respond to entrepreneurs’ needs.

I have hands-on experience in creating and managing my own company. Before that, during a stint as CFO for a fast-moving tech firm, I was a key player, helping secure over $40 million in equity and debt backing. This critical financing transformed them from startup to market leader. As an accountant and manager for a “Big Four” accounting firm, I served public and private companies with accounting, auditing and tax services. As a public auditor, I advised clients on the impact of professional accounting standards and reporting requirements influencing important transactions. My extensive working portfolio reaches beyond the duties of a CPA – sales, human resources and IT functions have all been among my direct responsibilities. As a consequence, I have gained a proven ability to train, motivate and communicate with staffers at every level.

All this qualifies me to serve as a true part-time CFO, helping many organizations navigate the complexities of financial management to superior results in growth, cost reduction and maximum operating efficiency.
